Fix these before saving

Rows 3 and 4 overlap 17:00–18:00 on summer weekdays. Row 3 Peak runs 17:00–21:00, row 4 Mid-peak runs 14:00–18:00. Each hour can have one period only.
Set row 4 to end at 17:00
Row 10: "19,70" is not a number. Use a dot for decimals: 19.70.
Change to 19.70
No peak-period demand rate in winter. Row 7 has no $/kW, so winter peak-period demand is $0/kW. Fine if the utility has none.

Checked and fine

✓ All 24 hours covered on every day type, apart from the overlap
