On the TOD tariff path the engine spreads monthly generation evenly over all 24 hours (ISS-125). The night share offsets peak-rate night units, so the saving comes out higher than the bill. Check 5 caught it.
After go-live, the customer would get the WA04-style fallback ("a designer will call you") instead of a proposal.
